INT METHOD™
Neuro Fitness is a state of coherent nervous-system function where the brain and body communicate efficiently and adapt quickly. It is cultivated through practices that stimulate neuroplasticity and support flow-state activation and stabilization, such as breathwork, rotational dynamics, energy-medicine protocols, and neurofunctional training. The Integrative Neuro Training (INT) Method™ provides an innovative, cohesive framework for bridging neuroscience, physiology, and energy medicine to optimize human performance. It creates a holistic, multi-sensory experience aimed at promoting neuro fitness through flow-state mastery.
The INT Method™ has two synergistic components—WARP™ (Warrior Athlete Resilience Protocol), developed by neuro-functional specialist Caydrick Bloomquist, and EMPRINTS™ (Energy-Medicine Protocols and Resources for Integrative Neuro-Training Solutions), designed by energy-medicine expert Verena Vomastic, PhD.



WARP™ integrates the concepts of strength-and-conditioning training with focusing and mindfulness aspects and utilizes a rotational spinning device (as shown in the picture to the left). It serves as the flow-state ignition switch. Dynamic protocols are tailored to individual goals and abilities.
Rotational spinning has a long history as a meditative, spiritual practice that is still being maintained today by the Whirling Dervishes in Turkey and some other cultural groups around the world.
From a physics perspective, rotational spinning creates coherence—a fundamental requirement for healing, whole health, and longevity.

EMPRINTS™ is focused on flow-state stabilization. It offers a modular approach to establishing and maintaining a robust energetic foundation for neuro fitness. EMPRINTS™ is built around practical selfcare tools and techniques; restorative movement, entrainment, and integration practices; and customized energy-medicine protocols leveraging both manual and technology-driven solutions.

In an introductory series of experiential workshops, participants start their journey by implementing basic concepts and techniques for organizing and tuning their body’s energies. Then they are introduced to the Vitality Booster Energy-Balancing Routine that stimulates all the different energy systems and helps to improve overall energy flow, balance, vitality, and resilience. Topic-specific add-ons include Menopause and Bone-Health modules. A third workshop offers a practical toolkit for everyday stress management.
Restorative and relaxing group practices help to integrate the workshop materials and put them into action through movement and reflection. Private consultations allow for more tailored experiences and customized energy-medicine protocols. These may include unique devices, such as the PhotonWave® Rainbow Light Stimulator which communicates directly with the brain by sending pulsed, colored light to the optic nerve.
In conjunction with the INT Method™, the BTrackS™ Balance Tracking System is used to objectively and quantitatively assess Neuro-Fitness levels and track progress. Test results provide insights into clients’ fall risk and their nervous system’s ability to maintain balance while visual inputs, proprioception, and vestibular functions are constrained or challenged.
To date, the INT Method™ has exceeded expectations regarding quality-of-life improvements and personal-performance enhancements across a diverse client population.
