INT METHOD™
Your nervous system is constantly processing information from your body, your environment, and your internal state.
Neuro Fitness is the nervous system’s ability to integrate, regulate, and adapt in support of whole health—the capacity to restore and maintain balance across all dimensions of life. Neuro fitness is not only essential for aging populations where falling is a major concern, but also for high performers and everyone seeking to elevate their quality of life.

The Integrative Neuro Training (INT) Method™ addresses three interrelated elements of neuro fitness: Outer Balance, Inner Balance, and Energetic Balance.
Outer Balance reflects how effectively the nervous system receives, integrates, and responds to sensory information from the external environment and translates it into stable, coordinated movement. Outer balance is cultivated by optimizing visual, vestibular, and proprioceptive integration, together with grounding and polarity, fascia hydration, and core and leg-muscle strength. It supports stability, flexibility, and mobility.
The BTrackS™ Balance Tracking System can objectively measure the body’s ability to maintain balance while selectively challenging or limiting visual, proprioceptive, and vestibular inputs, allowing their individual and combined contributions to balance to be assessed.
Inner Balance revolves around coherence and nervous-system regulation. It promotes resilience, emotional regulation, flow states, focused attention, and expanded awareness and can be measured with heart-rate variability (HRV) and coherence sensors.
When available, rotational dynamics can significantly contribute to improving both outer and inner balance.
Energetic Balance represents the state of the body’s energy systems and communication networks. It supports vitality and joyful living and can be assessed using bioenergetic technologies such as Monicor and Energy4Life, as well as applied-kinesiology methods.

Energy-Medicine Protocols & Resources for Integrative Neuro-Training Solutions (EMPRINTS™)
At the core of the INT Method™ is the EMPRINTS™ framework. It cultivates not only energetic balance, but also various aspects of outer and inner balance. EMPRINTS™ is built around practical self-care tools and techniques; restorative movement, entrainment, and integration practices; and customized energy-medicine protocols leveraging both manual and technology-driven solutions.

In an introductory series of experiential workshops, participants start their journey by implementing basic concepts and techniques for organizing and tuning their body’s energies. These also directly support outer balance.
Then they are introduced to the Vitality Booster energy-balancing routine that stimulates all the different energy systems and helps to improve overall energy flow and organization. Topic-specific add-ons include Menopause and Bone-Health modules.
A third workshop offers practical tools for holistic stress management. These also directly support inner balance.

Restorative and relaxing small-group practices help to integrate the workshop materials and put them into action through movement and reflection. These also support various aspects of outer and inner balance.
Private consultations allow for more tailored experiences and implementation of customized energy-medicine protocols. These may include unique devices, such as the PhotonWave® Rainbow Light Stimulator which communicates directly with the brain by sending pulsed, colored light to the optic nerve and the Monicor bioresonance system which leverages the power of artificial intelligence and provides a wide range of frequency-based solutions.
For an overall assessment of the benefits provided by the INT Method™, BTrackS™ can be used to measure balance and express the results in terms of Fall Risk based on the individual’s gender and age group.
